I am passionate about improving your wellbeing, so in addition to transformational coaching, I also offer a wide variety of wellbeing therapies.  I tailor the sessions to you to help you get rid of the things that are holding you back and provide you with a more positive, empowering mindset.

I am a Master NLP Practitioner & Coach, Master Hypnotherapist and a Master in Time Line Therapy.  I am also a Kinetic Shift Practitioner and qualified in Thought Field Therapy (TFT/tapping).  I combine the different techniques  and tailor the sessions specifically to you.

Whilst we spend time talking in the sessions, unlike traditional talking therapies, the techniques are content free.  This means that you do not have to relive in detail experiences in order to make the changes.   The results are rapid, effective and long-lasting  Unwanted emotions, behaviours are replaced with a positive, nourishing mindset.
