1:1 Wellbeing Session
The wellbeing sessions are in depth, powerful sessions that are tailored to help you move forwards at your own pace.
In these sessions, we focus on a specific issue that has been causing you problems and getting in the way of you living your life on your terms.
Here are just some examples of what the sessions are useful for:
- High levels of stress
- Self doubt/lack of confidence
- Personal boundaries
- Moving forward with a specific problem.
It’s amazing what we can achieve together in 60 minutes.
You will also have practical techniques and resources to take away with you.
Sessions can be held weekly, fortnightly or monthly or whenever is right for you.

What to expect from the session
An empowering 60 minute 1:1 session focussed on resolving what you’re struggling with the most right now
You will come away with a clear idea about what you need to do and where you need to start in order to make the most impact
The sessions will be tailored to you using a range of techniques such as guided visualisations, Thought Field Therapy, EFT, NLP and hypnotherapy.
During the session we will work to achieve rapid, effective results and provide you with a clear picture of the steps you need to take to get you where you want to go
